Refund Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
14-day money-back guarantee
Changed your mind? You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment: your first payment, a monthly or yearly renewal, or the payment for switching plans.
Credit top-ups: within 14 days of buying a top-up, we refund it in full if you haven't used any of its credits, or refund the unused part if you have.
How to ask
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order with the email you paid with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt email, and request a refund there; or
- email [email protected] from the email you signed up with, and we'll pass it to Paddle for you.
Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles refunds and returns. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Paddle usually processes them within a few days; your bank may take up to 10 business days to show the money.
What happens to your plan
When a subscription payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends, and the app goes back to having no active plan. When a top-up is refunded, its remaining credits are removed. Your projects stay in your account so you can download them.
Cancelling instead
If you just want to stop future payments, cancel any time in the app (Account → Manage or cancel your subscription). Your plan keeps working until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
